Welcome to Helen Shortland Holistics - healing treatments, complementary and beauty therapies and Reiki training courses.

I offer a range of holistic therapies, namely Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Energy Balancing, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, new Vitality Lift Facial Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Sports Massage, Back Massage, Foot Massage and Aqua Detox Foot Spa.  Beauty therapies available include Facials and Skincare treatments, eyebrow shaping, eyelash and brow tinting, manicures and pedicures. 

I am a qualified Meditation Teacher, a Usui and Angelic Reiki Master and offer training courses in Usui Reiki at all levels.

I am based at Little London Herbal Store in Nottingham city centre with easy access to public transport and city centre car parks.

Party bookings for birthdays, hen parties and get-togethers can be arranged in your home around the city area.

Tarot Readings:  30 mins, £25 per person, for 4-6 people.  Readings can be taped.  Price reduction for hostess's reading (£15). 

Holistic Therapy parties:  30 mins, £15 per person, for 4-8 people.  Choose from Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Foot Massage, VitalityLift Facial Massage.  Hopi Ear Candles also available at a cost of £20 for 45 mins.

Gift vouchers are also available if you wish to treat someone special to some relaxation and wellbeing.
